Shogun

Shogun is part of a six-part wide, ornamental headline series of three weights in regular and extended widths. Richard Lipton began with a few characters drawn for a striking contemporary logotype designed by Los Angeles graphic designer Margo Chase. The size of the series allows Chase’s ideas to be applied to a variety of display uses, offering a set of weights and widths that repeat unusually similar shapes and themes. [liptonletterdesign.com]
