Peix is a variable display font named phonetically after the pixel unit (px). Peix's first iterations were carried out as a part of a master's degree diploma in graphic design. It has since been revised, completed and corrected. Its condensed look and serifs set it apart from the more classic pixel fonts. Peix was made by and for experimenting with type. Feel free to stretch, displace, distort and destroy it, mess around with all the possibilities given by its four variable axes (round, black, long and void), beyond legibility. Its extended set of miscellaneous icons, symbols, circled & squared numerals and ligatures makes it even more easy and satisfying to play with. [entravaux.framer.website]
