Norm No.11
Norm No. 11 is straightforward and decisive, with a geometric backbone. Straight strokes are declarative and to the point. Terminals are cut horizontally to be parallel to the baseline. At the same time, its lean towards geometry gives the characters, especially rounder letterforms, a wider and fuller stance. Roundness and linearity are equally emphasized. Round characters are plump with negative space and require space to expand. At the same time, linear strokes directly collide and intersect. There is little time and space for frills. [detail.tf]
