Euphemia in its most recent form is a thorough reworking and extension of Ross Mills’ original design, fulfilling his intent for a harmonised Latin and Canadian Syllabics typeface. The stroke weight, proportions and spacing of both scripts have been carefully revised to better balance in bilingual text, and the Latin character coverage and OpenType Layout glyph variant and feature set has been significantly extended in the full Euphemia and Latin subset fonts, and includes support for all modern European alphabets as well as diacritic letters for the Latin orthographies of indigenous languages alternatively or historically written in Syllabics. The Euphemia Syllabics subset fonts are available under our pay-what-you-want system to support indigenous language use. [tiro.com]
